Consultation and Planning
Lesner Inn’s Day-of Coordination package starts (2) weeks prior to your wedding, at your final planning meeting with the venue and venue manager. At this point, you will pass all of your wedding plans off to your coordinator, and she will help you fill in any of the missing pieces (think processional planning, floor plan layouts, timeline, etc.).
After this meeting, The Lesner Inn’s Day-of Coordinator will take charge of coordinating all details with any hired vendors, such as the florist, photographer, and DJ. They will confirm contracts, establish arrival times, and manage any last-minute changes or issues that may arise.
Ceremony and Reception Coordination
On the day-of the wedding, The Lesner Inn’s Day-of Coordinator will oversee the Ceremony and Reception setup, ensuring that everything is in its place and looking perfect according to your vision. Our Wedding Design & Coordination is led by Alexis Hionis, the Executive Director of Operations at The Lesner Inn. You will meet Alexis as soon as when you reserve her services (at least 9-months prior to your wedding). She will work closely with you to understand your style, preferences, and desired theme for your wedding. From there, she will create a cohesive and personalized design concept that reflects your unique vision.
Budget Review and Monthly Action Item Checklist
She will provide you with a custom budget spreadsheet to help you keep track of your own spendings. In addition, to help keep the planning process organized and on track, she will also provide you with a monthly action item checklist. This checklist will outline the tasks, deadlines, and decisions that need to be made each month leading up to your wedding day. It will serve as a helpful tool to ensure that no detail is overlooked, and everything is executed smoothly and timely.
Using our network and relationships, the Design team will find the perfect vendors to collaborate with to bring your vision to life. These vendors include those that specialize in lighting, draping, installations, ballons, linens, florals, and tabletop decor – among many others.
Design Execution, Styling and Coordination
From selecting color palettes and décor to arranging floral displays and setting up tablescapes, our Design & Coordination team will transform your vision into a stunning reality. And on the wedding day, our team will oversee the design setup, ensuring that every detail aligns with the desired ambiance.
