A beautiful view, gorgeous decor, and most of all a STUN-NING bride was all you could see when Jamie and Donovan sealed their love at The Lesner Inn. Let’s take a look behind the scenes of this amazing couple and their wonderful night of love through the lens of Cat DeLine Photography.

Their Love Story

Jamie grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia (we love our local girls). She had no idea when she was moving down the coast to attend The University of South Florida in the Fall of 2017, that she was about to meet her future husband. Donovan was in his second year at USF while Jamie was beginning her first year in the Sunshine State. Fastforward a few years later Donovan got down on one knee and asked Jamie to spend the rest of their lives together. It all took place during a sunset beach walk after dinner in Sarasota. Donovan had just gotten back from deployment in Okinawa, Japan, which made the moment even more special.

Details & Decor

Jamie knew from the beginning she wanted greenery with white and light blue flowers for her decor. Jamie and her vendors absolutely NAILED it when it came to creating the perfect details to the special day. Of course, we also think the views of the Lynnhaven River added a nice touch too.

Pre-Ceremony

Many of our couples along with their bridal parties and families choose the Delta Marriot for their stay, which is only a mile away from Lesner Inn. Jamie got ready with her girls and her mom before doing her first look. Safe to say Donovan was speechless when he saw just how GORGEOUS his bride was.

Ceremony & Reception

The MOST beautiful ceremony was followed by an amazing reception with The Varana’s surrounded by their loved ones who were ready to celebrate the newlyweds. It’s easy to see the love these two have for each other even through the pictures (and can we talk about that rainbow, you’re KIDDING).

And of course, the grand exit. We loved being able to host The Varana’s on their special day and we wish them nothing but the best in the future.
