While we all hope for the best weather when it comes to our special events, Mother Nature can sometimes create a change of plans.

This week’s weather has been wet and dreary, but it made us think of all the great ways to incorporate the rain into your special day!

• Have umbrellas available for your guests at the ceremony, personalized or color coded add an even more detailed touch!
• Wearing Rainboots, or using them for other decorative accents.
• Collecting rain from your wedding day in a special jar and saving it as a keepsake from your event.
• Having your photographer embrace the weather and use the rain as a backdrop to your pictures. (Those umbrellas will come in handy for this as well!)
