Have you ever met someone and instantly hit it off? Clicked? Felt in-sync? We know you feel this way with your person, but have you ever had this feeling with a colleague??????
Maria has been Lesner Inn’s graphic designer & website developer for years. And truth be told, she’s one of the most talented humans we’ve ever met. But we’re not here to blog about her work ethic & expertise, we’re here to tell you about her wedding. And how we were BEAMING with joy when she booked Lesner Inn as her wedding reception venue. AND booked our day-of-coordination services!
Maria wanted a tropical look, with similar flowers that we designed for riseVB’s Summer Soiree. So, we paired BBJ’s tangerine pinwheel overlay with their classic white overlays for her cocktail hour in our newly renovated deck for her cocktail hour. Ugh we just love fun linens.
For the cocktail style reception, we used Snow Lennox linens on the cocktail tables, with classic white & graceful white runner to add some dimension to the table.
We offered finger food & stations for the main course. When you have a 250-person guest count, this will be your most cost-effective option. Not to mention, the best situation when you can’t offer a seat to each guest.
Maria has a Filipino background so when she asked me about offering lechon to her guests as a substitute to the carving station, I instantly said HELL YES. We love incorporating family & cultural elements in your wedding – so what better way than incorporating the most popular dish from a Filipino wedding menu.
Congratulation again to the LOVE BIRDS!!!!
