Hire a Day of Coordinator

HIRE A DAY OF COORDINATOR! This will be your god send. A Day of Coordinator is designed to keep your special day STRESS FREE! A Day of Coordinator will make sure everything is set up the way you pictured. Additionally, they will take care of all the little things on the day of. Depending on the coordination package you have chosen, they will correspond with all of your hired vendors venders, assist the photographers to help get the best shots, keep everything on track and on schedule. (Do your research and make sure they are licensed and have experience!

Have an After Party

This allows your party to go on after closing time of the venue you have chosen. This allows your guests to all continue the fun at a second location. Additionally, this is great for out-of-town guests who have never traveled to your wedding destination before. This shows them another fun location in the city you have chosen whether it is your hometown or more of a destination wedding.

Try an Alternative Dessert

An ongoing trend that we are seeing throughout 2022 is not limiting your dessert to wedding cake. Cupcakes, pastries, cake pops, gelato carts, etc. are trending and allow a wide variety of different treats! Our personal favorite touch is adding a gelato cart or ice cream cart to your Reception from some great local vendors! (Incredible Edibles & Lolly’s Creamery )

Choose Fun Linens!

Whether this be for your Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, Cocktail Hour, fun linens are a MUST! They are an easy way to add pops of color to your event as well as really elevate the venue space you have chosen. Moreover, this is a simple way to add something special to a specific table in a way that it stands out.

Choose a Fun Wedding Favor

Choose a fun wedding favor for your guests. Party favors are such a fun and personal touch! You get to send your guests home with something memorable that they can keep from your special day.
