During the month of June, Lesner Inn is filled with lots of love, laughter, and beautiful weather. Our summer 2022 brides are preparing for their weddings and summer 2023 brides are beginning to plan their weddings. Furthermore, there is no better time to introduce our take on some of the most popular wedding trends we are seeing in the summertime.

One of our favorite trends is the statement arch. This is a unique way to spice up your ceremony alter. Additionally, the statement arch is a simple way to draw attention to yourself and your S.O as you stand and share your vows.

Wedding Dress Styles

The summer season highlights romance and timelessness, thinking light and airy fabrics. The most popular wedding dress trends we are seeing include lush cuts, floral lace patterns, and simple fabrics.

Bridesmaid Dresses

Likewise, while we are already on the topic of dresses, our summer brides are beginning to steer clear of traditional bridesmaid dresses. The newest trend is an array of styles, colors, and choices for the bridal party. As for color trends, it is showing that blush pinks, ivory, champagne and sage colored dresses are here to stay.

Statement Decor

Creativity at its finest! We absolutely ADORE statement decor and the many ways to add statement decor to your summer wedding.

As a waterfront venue, we love a good coastal “beach chic” feel. Pops of blue are an easy way to incorporate that “something blue” statement into your wedding day, as well as tie into that coastal/nautical summer feel.

One of our other personal favorite additions to any summer wedding decor is statement drapery. Statement drapery really adds to the light and airy feel that is most desirable in the hot summer months. Chic, yet truly elegant.
