What made you start Waterford Event Rentals?

Alyse Conyers and best friend, Hollie, started Waterford in their living rooms as a way to involve themselves in the event industry (which they loved), as well as make some extra money. They never imagined there would be such a demand for this type of business, but boy were they wrong! They started with chair covers and sashes, and then branched into much more!

What services and items does Waterford offer?

Products: Linens (tablecloths, table runners, overlays, napkins), chairs, tables (round, long, farm), plate chargers (acrylic & glass).

We offer tons of services that are sure to come in handy for your special day! Pickup and returns, delivery and pickup to the venue, or set up- where our staff takes care of EVERYTHING. The full service aspect of Waterford Event Rentals is what we call “The Waterford Way,” which is truly what makes us unique. Literally, no wrinkle goes unsteamed. Napkins are folded to perfection… etc. Basically a white glove service at your event!

What advice do you have for couples who have no idea where to start when it comes to linens and décor?

First, get the table sizes from your venue, this helps us provide you with the proper linen sizes.  Second, ask if your venue has their own linens- if so ask if they are floor length and what is the quality of those linens. No one wants a wrinkled/shrunken linen on their big day! Third, look on pinterest! Gather some inspiration that we can use to bounce ideas off of together.

Where do you get your design inspirations from?

Our ideas come from everywhere- IG, pinterest, past events that we use as inspiration then add a little twist, home interior stores, you name it! We can get inspired everywhere.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve drawn inspiration from?

Truthfully- there is no place that we consider too crazy for inspiration! Whether it’s the clouds in the sky, or on the colors an oil spill makes on the pavement- inspiration comes from all over! The crazier, the better!

What trends do you see for 2020 when it comes to linens and décor?

Some of the biggest trends we are seeing include velvet (a personal fav of ours), chiffon runners, which add a beautiful and flowy layer to your table, lots of dusty blue, and a lot of couples wanting to stay with neutral tones & greenery.

What’s the biggest tip you can give couples who work with Waterford Event Rentals?

Think outside of the box! Don’t be afraid to get completely unique with your table designs- trust us, we can make it happen!

Waterford Event Rentals was named after the street Alyse & Hollie grew up on… Waterford Place.
